Return and Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• unwashed

• unworn

• free of debris, stains, lint, animal hair or smells

Buyer is responsible for return cost of postage. You must dispatch the item(s) back to us within 7 days of delivery. The knotty crew has the right to refuse any exchange or return upon retrieval of product. Custom products / special made items / items on sale are NOT eligible for return.
